Qigong, also known as Chi Kung, is a simple form of practice from the ancient China. It consists of movements, stillness, breath and awareness.

My style of teaching, is to help you connect with the fluid nature of your body -- in this state, our self healing/self repair capability is awakened.

I also bring a focus on somatic awarness - so that our body becomes a safe HOME to return to.
