Hi, my name is Wei, I am a Qigong teacher, a fully qualified and registered Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist (RCST), and a remedial massage therapist specialising in Myofascial Release.
I first started practicing Qigong as a young child, first with my my grandmother and aunt in China. Later with teachers including Ged Sumner of Elemental Qigong, Serge Augier of Ba Men DaXuan, and Master Mantak Chia of Tao Garden.
The experience in my early years of Qigong practice sparked my fascination in the intelligence within our body for healing.
I went on to explore this fascination by learning different natural therapies, including Massage, Indian Ayruveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine. This journey of learning also became my door opening to self-discovery and soul searching, spanning almost 10 years, and across 5 continents.
In 2012, I began the 2-year study in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy with the Body Intelligence Training school. My world further opened up.
I am experienced in treating anxiety, stress related conditions and women's health issues with a holistic approach. Currently I am influenced by the work of Peter Levine (Somatic Experiencing), Stephen Porges (Polyvagal theory), and Emilie Conrad (Continuum Movement).
In life, I practice Vipassana meditation and Qigong regularly. I love dancing, hiking, and cooking in my clay pot with Chinese medicinal herbs.
